It's never to early to stock up for next season! WE DELIVER AND STACK YOUR FIREWOOD! ***NOW SCHEDULING JUNE 2024 DELIVERIES!

The Firewood is Coming! The Firewood is Coming!

It's mid week!  Happy Wednesday.

This week we will touch on deliveries and our wonderful drivers.  The drivers are an integral part of our firewood process.  If it weren't for them, no one would get their firewood and that can't happen.

Meet the drivers below, Seth and Ethan.  These two do most of our deliveries. They are on the road all day everyday to make sure your firewood, bundles or chimney sweeps are on the way.  We have other stand ins, such as Ricky, Keith or Pop but Seth and Ethan are our go to for primary delivery people.  They may have a ride along depending on how difficult the deliveries are such as Hailey, Tanner or Kacie. You may even see them together on your delivery.  All of these folks are hard working, kind hearted, young individuals who make our business sing. Their safety is our top priority!  Please feel free to say hello to them when you see them.

Some days your delivery person's job consist of delivery only.  That means they jump into a loaded truck and trailer and head out for a route going in your direction.  Each delivery depends on it's location.  The delivery order is built into a route going either East, West, South or North and sometimes somewhere in between.

Some days the drivers deliver firewood and then return to the woodyard to process firewood and load trailers.

Each driver/delivery person's goal is to reach their destination, deliver and stack or dump each customer's firewood order in a professional and timely manner while keeping safety as a top priority.  The driver's/delivery individuals have been in some tight places and know to ask questions about where the firewood needs to be placed depending on the individual's terrain, driveway and stack or dump preferences.

Your delivery person can dump your firewood in your perferred area but they will also access the area to make sure the truck and trailer are able to reach it's destination point.

It is your choice where they stack.

Outdoor fireplaces...

In a purchased rick rack.....

In your shed.....

Or outdoors....

Many firewood orders require a wheelbarrow to transport from trailer to stack site and that's okay.  It's what we do!

Our top priority is to make sure your firewood gets delivered when it was scheduled and that our driver's are getting there safely without any hiccups.  Hiccups happen so when they do, we will communicate often to make sure you are aware of any weather, truck or trailer issues or delays.

Our drivers/delivery personnel get to see some of the most beautiful places in Tennessee and some unusual sights.
