Cancellation Policy

At Tennessee Mountain Firewood, we understand that plans can change. We simply ask that customers provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if we are notified before the order has been loaded or the delivery process has begun. Please refer to Refunds & Payment processing fees below if order was placed with a Credit or Debit Card.

Once an order has been loaded, dispatched, or is otherwise in the process of being delivered, the order may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee to help cover our time, labor, fuel, and delivery expenses.

Rescheduling

We are happy to work with customers who need to reschedule their delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can find another available delivery time.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or situations where our delivery team arrives but cannot complete the delivery may be subject to a delivery/service fee. This includes circumstances such as:

No one being available when required for delivery
Inaccessible or blocked delivery areas
Unsafe driving or delivery conditions
Failure to provide adequate access to the designated delivery location
Last-minute changes that prevent us from completing the delivery

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Because we work outdoors and deliver throughout the region, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery schedules. If conditions make delivery unsafe, Tennessee Mountain Firewood reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a delivery. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate with customers and arrange a new delivery time.

Refunds & Payment Processing Fees

Any eligible refund will be processed according to the original method of payment.

For orders prepaid by credit or debit card, any applicable payment processing fees charged to Tennessee Mountain Firewood may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are non-refundable costs associated with processing the original payment.

Refunds will be issued only for the amount eligible for refund after any applicable cancellation, delivery, restocking, or payment processing fees have been deducted.
