What's Included:
Estimated Contents of Your 1/8 Beef Share
Each share is expected to contain approximately 50–60 pounds of professionally cut and packaged beef, including a balanced assortment of:

2 ribeye steaks

2 New York strip steaks

2 filet mignon steaks

2 sirloin steaks

2–3 roasts, such as chuck, rump or sirloin-tip roast

1 package of short ribs

2–3 packages of stew meat, cube steak or similar cuts

Approximately 25–30 pounds of ground beef
Cuts will be divided as evenly as possible among all shares. Exact cuts, package counts and finished weight will vary according to the animal’s size, processing yield and butcher’s final cut sheet. The product photograph is representative and does not guarantee the exact contents of each share.

Your $250 payment today serves as a deposit toward the $500 total purchase price. The remaining $250 balance will be due before pickup or delivery.
Each share will include a useful assortment of packaged beef, including steaks, roasts and ground beef. Exact cuts, package quantities and finished weight will vary because every animal processes differently. Final details and the anticipated fulfillment date will be provided as processing approaches.
